Luxus Inn

Luxus Inn is a mid-tier hotel located in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Known for its elegant interiors, it is dedicated to providing a seamless blend of taste and comfort. Its primary consumers were business and leisure travelers, along with local young audiences.
Our work with Luxus Inn revolved around overall Marketing and branding.

The biggest challenge for us was to create a consistent brand tone for Luxus Inn before we marketed it online. When it came to marketing, their primary focus was to increase restaurant sales and hotel bookings.

We created a three-month road map for them, which will increase their sales consistently. Here’s how we did it:
1. We started with the branding; we gave the hotel a brand tone and a distinctive brand image.
2. We fixed all their design mistakes in their brochures, menus, scannable, etc.
3. We crafted a system for a seamless offer implementation, and we gave them an offer strategy.
4. After analysing the target audience, competitor analysis, market trends, budget, SWOT analysis, and goals. We crafted an ROI driven marketing strategy for them.
5. Our photography team took all the necessary photos and videos according to the planned content calendar, and we created graphics for special events and days.

As they never did online marketing or ran ads over social media, we decided on a soft approach towards running ads to warm up their social media and focus more on getting organic reach for the first two months. The strategy we planned was for February, March, and April; these months tend to come with a slow pace for outings in Dhanbad, as these were the times students have exams, which was the majority of the audience for their restaurants.
We created a few buyer personas for these months who will be most likely to visit the restaurant and hotel and who aren’t bound to the seasonal challenges, which were Professionals, Working people, People above 27-28, People who have birthdays in this cycle, Group Events, and more.
After we had the buyer personas, we designed the offer structure for these people, which were:
– 10% off on bills above Rs. 2000 (or whatever the is the average spend + 10%).
– Happy Hour offers (A free desert during the lowest footfall timings or a free drink)
– Student Discount (exceptions are always there, so a student discount is always a good offer, even during exams)
– 10% off on next visit (a loyalty program).
We designed all the necessary gift cards and signage in the given time. We also targeted the same group of people through meta ads, which saved a lot of ad spend.
For the long-term online visibility growth, we slowly improved their Google footprint for better search results by writing blogs on Quora, updating their Google My Business Profile, and increasing the number of citations they had on the relevant websites. Analysing the monthly search query, we used SEO friendly text across all platforms, whether it’s a social media post or a webpage citation, so that whenever someone tries to look for a hotel or a cozy restaurant, Luxus Inn will be on the first page.

As expected, the results were astonishing: they had a premium online visibility, their sale increased roughly around 15%, which was expected to reach 35% by the end of 6 months, and they gained a strong Google footprint, they got a distinct and consistent image across all online platforms and in physical promotional elements like banners, signage, menus, etc.

Conclusion

It was one of the most interesting and fun projects we did. It took almost all our team’s knowledge and experience to give Luxus Inn the expected results. We handled everything in branding and marketing from the very bottom to the top. Given our best practices, we were extremely happy with the results and how the project turned out in terms of revenue.
