Raasta is a high-end restaurant in Nagpur with a rooftop bar. They’re known for their DJ nights, continental cuisine, and exquisite ambience. With a mission to serve unforgettable weekends, Raasta stands out as one of the most successful bar-restaurants in the city.


As the year came to an end, Raasta wanted to own the title of “Best Rooftop Bar in Nagpur” and boost revenue from their rooftop space. They needed fresh ways to engage people and retain their audience—something that would keep people coming back.
The Sunray resort team already has been marketing on a basic level. To further compete, they want to stand as a place where people book for events, mostly marriage ceremonies. They wanted the seasonal marriage bookings for the next season and for the coming years.




This was all about an image upgrade, and we had a clear roadmap in mind. The focus was on creating a brand tone and strategy that actually sticks. Here’s how we went about it:
- Collected competitor and demographic data from key areas and target cities.
- Built detailed buyer personas that aligned with Raasta’s goals.
- Structured offers that would drive both new and repeat footfall.
- Designed all the marketing collaterals Raasta needed—banners, posters, menus, the whole kit.
Created a content calendar that echoed the brand vibe we were building.




First step? We built a new image for Raasta. Since the focus was rooftop footfall, we branded Raasta as “the spot”—the go-to place for groups to eat, drink, dance, and just vibe.
Our main audience was people aged 21–35—students and working professionals. Groups were our hero audience because they bring energy, buy more, and stay longer.
New Year was around the corner, and everyone was looking for plans. Our goal was simple: Raasta should be the first place that comes to mind when someone thinks of going out.
So, we made something happen every day—be it workshops, offers, or weekend DJ nights. We didn’t want people to wait for the weekend. Any day could be a Raasta day.
Here’s what we executed:
- Offer planning:
- Built offers for weekdays with lower footfall.
- Happy hour deals, group discounts, BOGO drinks on specific days.
- Workshops & Collabs:
- Bachata nights with dancers.
- Bakery and art workshops for chill, creative evenings with food.
- These gave Raasta an edge and made it more than just another restaurant.
- Weekend DJ nights:
- Collaborated with known regional DJS from Maharashtra.
- Created collaborative reels and photo content for better reach and buzz.
- Ads with purpose:
Used our buyer personas for sharp targeting on Instagram & Facebook.


Conclusion
The campaign was a hit. Raasta’s image took a serious upgrade, and the audience responded with love. We saw:
